Position Summary:



The Clinical Manager assists the Director with all department activity to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long range plan, mission, vision, and values of the hospital. Assist in coordinating the departments participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement. Ensures that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis. Provides clinical support to the nursing staff.

Qualifications
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

2 years of experience preferred.

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

Current Licensure with the TN State Board of Nursing

Current BLS (All RNs)

Current ACLS (All CCU, ER, Cath Lab, Special Procedures, PACU, House Supervisors, Float, Imaging, Endoscopy, EKG EEG)
